Website terms

These terms describe reservations, vouchers and use of the Ribs of Prague website. Confirmed individual arrangements and mandatory consumer rights always take precedence.

Website operator

The website and Ribs of Prague restaurants are operated by Pravda Gastro s.r.o., Tržiště 372/1, Malá Strana, 118 00 Prague 1, Company ID 28466136, Tax ID CZ28466136.

Reservations

A reservation request becomes final when it is confirmed. Please provide accurate contact and booking details. If plans change, contact the selected restaurant as soon as possible so the table can be released. Availability and opening hours may change for private events or exceptional circumstances.

Gift vouchers

Voucher values and redemption locations are shown during purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe and a voucher is issued after payment is confirmed. Keep the voucher code private; a valid code can be redeemed only once. Contact us promptly about payment, delivery or redemption problems.

Website information

We aim to keep menus, prices, opening hours and availability current, but operational details may change. Temporary interruptions or third-party service outages can affect reservations, maps or payments. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
