Information we process
For reservations we process the name, email, phone number, booking details and any note you submit. For voucher purchases we process buyer and order details, payment status and voucher records. The website may also process device, browser and usage information through security, analytics and advertising services when those services are enabled.
Why we use it
We use information to handle reservations, fulfil voucher purchases, communicate with customers, prevent abuse, maintain accounting and legal records, and understand whether the website is working effectively. Marketing processing based on consent is optional and consent can be withdrawn.
Service providers
Relevant information may be processed by our reservation platform, Stripe for voucher payments, email and hosting providers, and Google, Meta or TikTok services used for security, maps, analytics or advertising. Each provider processes information under its own service and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to handle requests and transactions, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet accounting or other legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
